The staff tried very hard to accomodate me
It is in the heart of the city, so lots of night noise from bars and disco, but fortunately the noisy aircon tried hard to drown out the Easter week noise.

Front desk service, the manager was somewhat rude. I paid in advance for a one night, mentioned that I'd might stay two weeks. Can't give you all the details, but I think a day after, or before, can't remember, I attempted to enter my room, couldn't, I was Locked out!!!!!! I went down stairs to talk to Lourdes Gomez (the manager) she informed me i had to pay in advance the two weeks I mentioned I was planning to stay. Naturally I had to pay if I wanted my things locked in the room. This young lady has a big problem, she does not smile, does not make you feel you are welcome there, meaning, she shows an indifference of I couldn't care less about you being here attitude.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many local restaurants and shops. the hotel provided a complementary breakfast, which was a nice surprise.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom could have definitely used a deep cleaning.

Easter stay Great location near the beach and many restaurants. Free Wi-Fi was a plus, and the staff tried to be helpful, despite the language barrier. the view from the room was pretty. We liked the fact that there was a small fridge in the room, which was perfect for our drinks and snacks.
Easter stay the hotel was not very clean, and we found some hairs in our room. the towels were old and small, and water pressure was low making the showers lukewarm at best.
